摘要
Integrated on-board chargers (IOBC) have gained attention due to their advantages in reducing costs, size, and weight of electrical vehicle (EV). The crucial challenge in IOBC is to achieve zero torque in order to eliminate mechanical interlocking. This article proposes a finite-time sliding mode current control approach for a six-phase induction machine-based integrated on-board charger (IOBC). First-order sliding mode controller used for stator phases current control. The sliding mode control aims to suppress estimation errors and ensure finite-time convergence of the stator currents to their desired references. To nullify machine torque production during the charging mode and achieve a balanced three-phase grid current, the sequence of stator currents is adjusted to maintain balanced xy currents simultaneously. Both the alpha beta and 0+0- currents are also controlled to zero. The results are validated by MATLAB Simulink and show that the proposed control has good performance in eliminating torque and accurately tracking current.
