摘要
The results of the research are presented, which consisted of developing a theoretical model of digital, informational and media competencies that contribute to the digital transformation process. A bibliometric review was carried out, for the identification of relevant dimensions and variables, which, focused on human resources, make it possible to evaluate the state of the competency gaps, to actively participate in the digital transformation process of an organization, considering its state. of digital maturity, from the perspective of the employee and the technologies available. The result of a structured model, its premises and evaluation instruments, which integrates a set of validated elements, will allow the development of actions to achieve the desired state in the digital transformation based on people's competencies.
