摘要
The purpose of this paper is to develop a causal model of perceived organizational support, trust in supervisors, and employees' creativity. The sample of 627 respondents consists of police officers attending training programs administered by the Police Education Bureau. Questionnaires were employed to collect data using simple random sampling. The research model was then tested using structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques. The statistical approach incorporates path analysis, factor analysis, and linear regression into a theoretical causal model for the analysis of latent constructs and measurable variables. The main finding of this paper shows the positive impact of perceived organizational support on employees' creativity, and trust in supervisors. In addition, trust in supervisors has a positive impact on employees' creativity. Discussions and recommendations for related agencies are discussed in this paper.
