摘要
Aim The study examines key success factors for coping with crisis situations in a hospital and derives recommendations for strengthening organizational resilience. Method A two-stage survey was conducted among employees (n=670) and experts (n=42) on success factors and management recommendations for crisis management. Results Measures in leadership and communication are shown to be influential in strengthening resilience. Further recommendations include modular infrastructure, building up IT resources and a robust supplier network. Conclusion Leadership and resilience are closely related. Holding infrastructural factors in a reserve capacity are in conflict with current hospital financing models.
