摘要
The essay reports the results of a quantitative and qualitative survey on the legal clinics present in Italian universities, acknowledging an important diffusion process. The investigation confirms the institutionalization of a long process of transformation of traditional legal study paths and teaching methodologies. It also confirms the awareness that the Legal Clinic represents a new epistemology of legal science in which concrete experience and promotion of social justice are founding and inseparable elements. At the same time, the research highlights the risk of expansion of a "reductionist" vision that does not yet fully grasp the innovative scope of authentic legal clinics.
