摘要
The article deals with structural optimization and their simulation. The paper is divided into two sections, where the first is a simplified review of the current state of structural optimization with a focus on topological optimization and lattice structures. In the second part, a simulation of a selected component used in the automotive industry is performed. It is clear from the results that it is appropriate to use lattice structure to reduce weight and to use topological optimization to improve stiffness. The results are discussed and summarized in table.
