Sovereignty is the key factor for forming the Logos State because it responds to a matter of self-determination. This paper proposes to un-hide the ontology of the State of Justice from the ideas expressed in the constitutional discourse to recognize the development category in the ethics-aesthetics present in the center-periphery relationship from the understanding of the world economy. In this direction, the ontological structures of its Logos in the democratic paradigm linked to the social responsibility interwoven in the idea of sustainability projected on the Entity were questioned. The procedural methodical horizon was built based on the Heideggerian position regarding recognizing and overcoming the transcendental approach, which is a consequence of modern subjectivism and its question about Dasein. The theoretical discussion and findings made the construction of meanings possible by unveiling the sense and meaning of well-being expressed in the constitutional discourse.
