center dot Patients with primary bladder adenocarcinoma associated with hydronephrosis have worse overall survival. center dot Patients with bladder adenocarcinoma present lymph node involvement in up to 1/3 of cases (32%). center dot Patients with primary bladder adenocarcinoma undergoing radical cystectomy have advanced T staging (T3/T4) (61.7%).
