摘要
A review, with 57 refs., of the use of rhamnolipids and sophorolipids as surfactants of microbial origin in dishwashing preparations. The structure of these compds. was presented and their phys. chem. properties were characterized. The benefits of using biosurfactants in automatic dishwasher products in terms of environmental sustainability were discussed.
