摘要
A modified starch for the adsorption of lead ions was synthesized, and its adsorption capacity was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The concentration of Pb2+ in a solution decreased by 16 mg/dm(3) in 16 min for absorbent dosing of 100 mg/dm(3). The specific surface area of the adsorbent was measured by one-point BET analysis, which showed that the adsorption proceeded on the surface of the starch particles. Furthermore, the change in viscosity of cross-linked starch dispersions on temperature was evaluated by RVA viscometer, the size of particles and their pores were studied by microscopic methods, and FTIR spectra of individual reaction products in the preparation of the modified starch were also analysed.
