摘要
Aiming at the complexity of the external operating environment of photovoltaic power generation system and the problems of unstable photovoltaic power generation, poor controllability, and low efficiency caused by extreme weather shocks, an opportunistic maintenance strategy for PV power generation systems under the action of random shocks is proposed. Firstly, during the natural degradation of the PV system, the reliability function under the action of natural degradation and external shock is constructed by considering the random shocks brought by the external environment; then, based on reliability and aiming at minimum average maintenance cost, a single-component incomplete preventive model is established. Finally, the zebra optimization algorithm is used to determine the opportunity maintenance reliability thresholds to minimize maintenance costs. The research results indicate that the average maintenance cost of the opportunistic maintenance strategy under the consideration of the influence of external random shocks is higher than that of the opportunistic maintenance strategy without considering the influence of random shocks, but it can reduce the number of shutdowns and save total maintenance costs while guaranteeing the reliability of the PV system, which ensures the safety of the operation of the PV system and the economy of the maintenance.
