摘要
Advances in nanotechnology have emancipated the quest for exploration of the import of magnetic nanoparticulates (MNPs) clusters for prospective biomedical applications attributable to their manipulatable magnetic features as well as multi-functionalization. The inclusion of MNPs within biopolymeric matrices have resulted in construction of magnetic (MNPs)@biopolymeric bionanoarchitectures imbibing benefits of both inorganic magnetically affiliated nanoparticulates combined with organically incline biopolymeric materials thereby attaining synergistic advantages for biomedical diagnosis as well as treatment. The successful controlling of the interactivities occurring between varying magnetic nanoparticulates and biopolymeric matrices offer potential channels for successful manipulation of physically, chemically, and biologically affiliated features of bionanoarchitectures suitable for biomedical applications. Therefore, this manuscript presents recently emerging trends in construction, characterization, properties and biomedical applications of magnetic@biopolymeric bionanoarchitectures.
