In L & auml;ndern mit hohem Einkommen kommen ungef & auml;hr 2+% der Neugeborenen mit klinischen oder biochemischen Anzeichen einer Asphyxie zur Welt und etwa 0,15+% entwickeln eine hypoxisch-isch & auml;mische Enzephalopathie (HIE). Enth & auml;lt das Nabelschnurblut dieser Kinder erh & ouml;hte Konzentrationen von Biomarkern, die auf eine Hirnsch & auml;digung hinweisen? Und korrelieren immunologisch-inflammatorische und infektionsassoziierte Biomarker mit dem Schweregrad der Asphyxie?
