摘要
Improving urban slow-moving transport facilities by increasing the proportion of slow-moving transport trips promotes sustainable urban transport development and low-carbon travel. This paper proposes a measure of traffic traveler satisfaction with the slow-moving road space as the target, drawing on economic customer satisfaction theory. A questionnaire is designed and given to slow travelers via a sample survey method. Statistical analysis filtered five influencing factors of traveler expectations, road construction level, safety, accessibility and environmental comfort and 13 measurements. Multiple ordered logistic regression analysis was conducted using SPSS software. Research shows safety is an important factor in satisfaction with slow-moving transport travel, the machine and non-separation facilities have the greatest impact on safety satisfaction. Considering this, the planning and design of a slow-moving transport system can help to improve satisfaction with slow-moving transport, improving the environment and promoting the scientific, harmonious and sustainable development of urban transport systems.
