摘要：
A preliminary experimental study is conducted to examine the effectiveness of external FRP jacketing of RC columns without removal of plaster on their surfaces. For this purpose, eight RC columns (D=250 mm, H=500 mm) with plaster on the surface are produced. The test results show that external jacketing with FRPs without removing the plaster can be as effective as traditional ones.
