摘要
In this paper, under the assumption that the vehicles on the freeway are all intelligent connected vehicles, aiming at the problem of low density of freeway network and few shunt routes under the condition of traffic accidents in mountainous areas, a segmented vehicle control method based on traffic waves is proposed. The traffic wave model under Van Aerde model is established by combining the Van Aerde four parameters model with the basic wave speed formula of traffic wave theory. Based on it, the queuing and dissipation models of single point control and segmented control strategy are established, and the effectiveness of the proposed queuing control strategy is verified by simulation. As results show, compared with the single point control strategy, the maximum queue length, dissipation time, and average traffic delay of queued vehicles under segmented control strategy is reduced, which verifies the feasibility of the segmented control strategy.
