Vietnam is a developing country. Over roughly 40 years of innovation, Vietnam has seen remarkable development achievements in all aspects of social life that carry significant historical meaning. However, Vietnam is still facing many challenges, especially from the sustainable development perspective. One of such significant challenges is the need for more high-quality human resources.
