摘要
This article presents a comparative study between the risk factors in the implementation of information systems found in the literature and those identified in the implementation of the Hospital Management Application of University Hospitals - AGHU, in a federal university hospital. Information Technology has evolved with regard to complex systems - Information Systems - requiring studies to assess the risks involved in the implementation of hospital systems. The field research involved specialists involved specialists involved in the implementation of the AGHU modules. The results confirmed that risk factors occur in this environment, showing consensus among experts for the following risk factors: difficulties in using the system, lack of resources, users' resistance to changes, and emergence of new requirements. The process of implementing systems, despite the application of risk management techniques, is still prone to failures, and it is necessary to constantly identify, assess its probability of occurrence, estimate its impacts, treat and establish a contingency plan in case the problem actually occurs.
