摘要
To study the rubbing-induced wear characteristics and vibration responses in a blade-coating-casing system, a dynamic model of the rotating blade-coating-casing system with rubbing is established considering the rotational effect of blades and the aerodynamic force of blades. Then, the wear models were verified by comparing results in the literature. Finally, the numerical simulation is conducted considering the effects of different parameters. The results show that with the increase of Archard coefficient, particle size, Young ' s modulus, and blade length, the more severe the wear of coatings. The rotational speed has the greatest influence on the circumferential wear amount of coatings and the wear pattern is influenced by the aerodynamic forces.
