摘要
Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) is a broad-spectrum cancer marker, that is significantly more highly expressed in cancer patients than in healthy individuals. The short time, high sensitivity and specificity detection of CEA can greatly help in the early clinical detection and screening of cancer. Now, the concentration monitoring of CEA is also widely used in the postoperative detection of cancer to judge its prognosis and recurrence. Electrochemical immunoassay is an ideal technique for detecting tumor markers, it has attracted much attention due to its special advantages such as high sensitivity, low cost and convenient handling. Still, traditional immunosensors generally have the problems of long detection time and high detection limit. In this work, we have constructed an electric field enhanced electrochemical immunosensor based on the electrophoresis principle for detecting CEA rapidly and sensitively. Upon incubation with CEA, the proposed electrophoresis device imparts the electric field force on CEA, allowing CEA to swim up quickly in the system. It greatly shortens the incubation time of CEA to 5 min and enables to achieve the rapid detection of CEA, which has a good application prospect in the rapid and accurate diagnosis of clinical cancer and biological analysis in the future.
