摘要：
Patienten mit Typ-2-Diabetes (T2D) weisen ein h & ouml;heres kardiovaskul & auml;res Risiko auf, das zumindest teilweise auf eine Gef & auml;ss entz & uuml;ndung zur & uuml;ckzuf & uuml;hren ist. Studien zeigen, dass niedrig dosiertes Colchicin nachweislich positive Wirkungen bei der Behandlung der Patienten entfaltet. Roubille et al. ermittelten den kardiovaskul & auml;ren Nutzen von niedrig dosiertem Colchicin bei T2D- Patienten.
