摘要
Today, pollution is increasingly threatening people's lives around the world, and green finance has become a crucial element for companies to control pollution. Green finance also drives innovation in new technologies and provides new investment directions for innovative entrepreneurs. Currently, the development of new green industries and the transformation of traditional, old polluting industries, along with a significant demand for investment, are propelling the rapid growth of the green finance sector. In the current path of green finance development in China, there are still issues such as imperfect policy systems, insufficient environmental risk assessment capabilities, and inadequate environmental information disclosure.This article, from the perspectives of innovation, entrepreneurship, and green financial investment, combined with risk assessment algorithms, constructs a financial investment decision model. This model provides investment direction recommendations and more effective decision support for innovative entrepreneurs. The significance of this research lies in integrating green financial investment risk assessment with algorithm models from the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship, offering investors an effective solution.
