摘要
This paper introduces a parametric Dynamic Mode Decomposition (p-DMD) modeling approach for the nonlinear aeroelasticity of highly flexible aircraft. The method derives a linear parameter-varying reduced-order model (LPV-ROM) directly from data snapshots, which are obtained by feeding excitation input and integrating governing equations. The proposed p-DMD method is capable of addressing varying flight conditions and overcoming the limitations of the traditional DMD method around equilibrium/trim flight. We demonstrate, in this paper, the p-DMD can effectively capture nonlinear aeroelasticity and flight dynamic responses in both time and frequency domains, as demonstrated through comparisons with linearization-based parametric modeling in numerical studies of a highly flexible aircraft at frozen and varying angles of attack.
