摘要
Producing environmentally friendly goods is the primary goal of the ecologization of agricultural activities. A product that meets established general sanitary, technological, and toxicological standards that does not negatively affect environmental protection, animal health, or human health is referred to as ecologically safe agriculture. Ten percent of toxic substances enter the body through water, twenty percent through the air, and seventy percent through food. In relation to this subject, the article covers the following topics: the amount of nutrients that food contains; the quality classification of food; the essence and significance of the substitutes for natural food products; foods that are required to be certified; the physiology of labor; the energy expended during work; the significance of food in labor activities; and the comparative features of the changes that occur in the body
