摘要
A method for localizing the direction arrival of the sound source with a single channel is proposed with the configuration of system consists of a single channel acoustic sensor and multiple inlets with specific path length of tubes or pipes. The time delay of arrival at each inlet can be estimated from the autocorrelation function measured at the sensor and the positions of peak in autocorrelation function are changed according to the incidence angle. By using this concept, the basic configurations are considered and the related investigations are conducted as solutions to several problems that need to be solved. The proposed concept is validated experimentally in anechoic chamber and outdoor conditions. As a method to expand the range of observation angle, the configuration with difference length is investigated and it is confirmed that the unique solution for the whole direction can be obtained by a combination of tubes and inlets.
