摘要
The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of 6 -week Bosu ball stabilization exercises on the balance and anaerobic performance of female volleyball players. A total of 15 female volleyball players (aged: 23.5 +/- 4.0 years, height: 1.73 +/- 0.08 m, body weight: 66.4 +/- 9.1 kg, sports age: 11.6 +/- 5.1 years) voluntarily participated in the study. As part of the study, the volleyball players were subjected to balance, vertical jump, core stabilization, standing jump, medicine ball throwing, and 30 m speed and agility tests for two times before the training schedule and after 6 weeks. The athletes underwent an exercise program of core stabilization with Bosu ball about 20 minutes before warm-up for 3 days a week for 6 weeks. The data obtained were evaluated using the IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences Statistics 22.0 statistical program. After the 6 -week core stabilization exercise program, a statistically significant increase was found in anaerobic performance (p < .05), but no statistically significant difference was found in the balance performance of the group. At the end of 6 weeks of training, it was found that anaerobic performance was affected positively, but the training made no change in the balance performance.
