摘要
The purpose of the article presented is to analyze transformational leadership as a management process in the service of diagnostic images of health centers. This type of leadership allows a way of giving other people the opportunity to lead, achieving well-being, satisfaction for the organization , meeting growth objectives when these are evident. Based on the methodological approach used, it focuses on a bibliographic documentary review under the qualitative paradigm, hermeneutic method, with observation being the data collection technique. It is concluded that leaders today must be charismatic, empathetic, that is, meet a series of characteristics that allow them to handle any scenario, as well as technological equipment such as digital diagnostic images, influence , support others so that other people follow it and show willingness to do whatever is necessary. Likewise, leadership as a universal phenomenon, starts from the gregarious instinct of human beings, from the need to group together, organize and conduct their professional, family and social activities, for the benefit of a coexistence that guarantees a better quality of life. On the other hand, the management process is a set of interconnected elements that the organization manages intertwined through communication, decisions, objectives, policies, among others, to achieve a fundamental objective such as helping leaders to have a broad vision of the organization, thereby achieving better working conditions.
