摘要
The study analyzes occupational safety and health (OSH) training at Tranec Sur Company, in the transportation sector of Loja, Ecuador. Given the problem of occupational accidents, the objective is to evaluate the impact of OSH training on risk reduction. The methodology used is nonexperimental, mixed type, using surveys and interviews. The results indicate that more than 50% of the employees have received OSH training, and most of them consider that it is adequate for their work. However, there are still challenges in the quality and effectiveness of the training. The findings highlight the importance of OSH training in improving occupational safety and suggest the need for a more uniform and effective approach to training.
