摘要
This study presents the design, simulation, and experimental validation of a 10 MHz transceiver circuit for Capacitive Micromachined Ultrasonic Transducers (CMUTs). The circuits are designed in this work by utilizing discrete components. The transmitter circuit utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller and a transistor stage for signal amplification. The transmitter circuit is capable of generating 12 volts electric pulses of 10 MHz frequency. The receiver circuit has been implemented on a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) which effectively captures and processes a 10 MHz sinusoidal signal. This work involves simulation-based iterative refinements for obtaining the optimized circuit design, which contributes to the evolving field of ultrasonic transducer technology.
