摘要
Oscillating laser welding has been one of the frontiers of modern welding research because of the advantages in defect suppression, microstructure improvement, and performance enchantment. Numerical analysis has played a big role in deepen the understanding of this process. In order to clarify the progress of the numerical simulation of oscillating laser/laser-arc hybrid welding, current studies were reviewed. The model establishment, heat source mode, boundary condition setting and parameter selection were compared. The calculated characteristics of temperature field and flow field were summarized. The explanation for welding phenomena, such as morphologies, defect formation and solidification behaviors were described. Finally, some suggestions were presented for future study.
