摘要
(Abstracted from Lancet 2023;402:2209-2222) Deferring or delaying umbilical cord clamping for at least 60 seconds is an increasingly common practice for infants. For term neonates, this practice has been shown to improve hemoglobin and hematocrit levels and lower the risk of iron deficiency.
