摘要
In this study, a novel nanosorbent, namely F3O4@SiO2 modified with poly(8-hydroxyquinoline) (Fe3O4@SiO2@PHQ), was synthesized and employed for magnetic dispersive micro-solid phase extraction of Cu(II) followed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry detection in water, vegetables, and soil samples. This nanosorbent was characterized using FT-IR, XRD, VSM, FE-SEM, and EDS. To attain the best extraction recovery, effective parameters were studied and optimized. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the extraction recovery was 92 %. The limits of detection and quantification were determined to be 0.64 ng mL-1 and 2.13 ng mL-1, respectively. The preconcentration factor was 92, and relative standard deviations for intra-day and inter-day measurements were 1.6 %, and 2.5 %, respectively. The linearity ranged from 2 to 200 ng mL-1 with an R2 value greater than 0.998 and relative recoveries in the range of 90-96 % in real sample analysis.
