摘要
The objective of this article was to understand Telework as an innovation strategy in Venezuelan digital organizations. The methodology used in this article was a qualitative research under a bibliographic documentary design based on an interpretive system. It was sought to understand the technological changes that are experienced today and the way in which information is presented and transmitted, referring to the way in which people carry out their activities and their change. In this context, the interest arises to understand the way in which the human resource fulfills the established tasks is the main challenge of the organizations that are in the search to innovate and stay afloat in a difficult and pandemic context. . It is important to bear in mind that the technological advances of information and communication have undoubtedly produced a profound impact in the workplace. Teleworking is not a new practice, since it dates back to the 1970s, when it was difficult for workers to travel to their work sites. Currently, this practice is on the rise due to Information and Communication Technologies, which have opened new lines of work. The remote worker is often in a very vulnerable situation. To this is added the loneliness and lack of interaction with colleagues, the vulnerability given by the lack of legal instruments that make the labor relationship formal, regulation in the contracts, established remuneration, problems that arise from the little diligence of entities in charge of ensuring for the safety of employees.
