摘要
The development of a flexible, visible and near-infrared laser detector with fast response holds significant potential for applications in wearable electronics, binary switches, and other fields. In this study, we utilized a flexible transparent polyimide (PI) substrate known for its exceptional thermal resistance up to 400 degrees C to fabricate an innovative type of flexible laser detector. Systematic investigations demonstrate that the bismuth sulphide nanorods-based laser detector exhibits not only high flexibility and light-weight properties but also excellent linear current characteristics and strong photosensitive dependence on laser light intensity. This research presents a novel approach for the fabrication of high-performance flexible optoelectronic devices.
