摘要
This paper uses the expository structural model (ISM) as the basis for research. Firstly, it briefly analyzes the business structure of our cross-border e-commerce and foreign trade business. The specific organizational structure of the enterprise will encounter a variety of interference. This paper constructs a set of enterprise supply chain performance evaluation indexes based on balanced scoring. The writing improves the information level, logistics ability, customer status maintenance, and other vital links. Simulation results show that this method can improve the overall performance of foreign trade documents. © 2023 Dan Huang et al., published by Sciendo.
