摘要
The hot stamping process of high strength steel sheet is one of important ways to realize lightweight and improve safety of automobile. It has been widely used in automobile industry and is the focus of attention and research for steel, die, equipment, part and automobile manufacturers as well as scholars. The application key points are reviewed in research of traditional hot stamping process from the perspective of actual production in the following aspects: ① the effect of chemical compositions of materials on their properties, the characteristics and application scope of commonly used coatings; ② the application key points of heating, forming, quenching, cutting, surface treatment and connection process; ③ the important factors and the process of numerical simulation; ④ the types and characteristics of heating systems and presses; ⑤ the key points of material selection, design, manufacture and optimization design process of dies. Finally, hot stamping related directions worthy of attention will be discussed. © 2022 Editorial Office of Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering. All rights reserved.
