Simulation Research on Complementary Heating by Solar Energy and Auxiliary Heat Source

In view of the large area of solar heating system and the unstable heating effect in highcold areas, this paper uses TRNSYS to build a simulation model of the experimental system, and uses air source heat pump or electric heating as auxiliary heat source for comparative analysis and optimization. System energy consumption, auxiliary heat and room thermal comfort are set as target values, and the effects of collector area, collector inclination and heating circulation pump flow rate on the target values are analyzed by response surface method to optimize the working conditions. The optimal working conditions of the solar and air source heat pump complementary heating system are: heat collection inclination angle 43.71◦, air source heat pump power 6.47 kW, heating pump flow 4.08 m3/h; corresponding target energy consumption 4799.11 kWh, heat pump auxiliary heating capacity 16953.3 kWh, PPD1 9.84%, PPD2 9.62%. The optimal working conditions of the solar and electric heating complementary heating system are: collector inclination angle 50◦, electric heating power 25.77 kW, heating pump flow 6 m3/h; corresponding target energy consumption 18075.6 kWh, electric heating auxiliary heating capacity 17698.75 kWh, PPD1 9.62%, PPD2 9.35%. The comparative analysis shows that the complementary heating of solar energy and air source heat pump has more advantages in alpine regions. © 2021, Science Press. All right reserved.
