Right to the city in Sao Paulo? A LGBT overview about the homoerotical experiences (1988 - 2018)

摘要
This study, intends, by the right to the city concept, understands where and how, it means, which power territories occurs the LGBT's ( lesbians, gays, bissexuals transgenders) public spaces apropriation in Sao Paulo city in last thirty years. Therefore, it looks to discuss, based in normative instruments and in six people perception who lives the homoerotical relationships dinamyc, from the territories that they occupy in the Sao Paulo downtown, if these instruments consider them, and if it helps them on their demands, as well, if it is enough to sucure the right to the city achievement.
