摘要
With the development of power generation equipment manufacturing technology, the parameters of thermal power units are constantly improving, and the capacity is also developing towards large-scale, followed by the gradual increase of unconventional vibration faults. The critical speed, unbalance response, logarithmic decay rate, instability speed and Q factor of N 1 shafting are analyzed in detail. The results show that the stability of the shafting meets the requirementsThis paper calculates and analyzes the stability of the N+1 shaft system of a 1000MW ultra-supercritical steam turbine generator set in a plant, and analyzes various vibration problems during the start-up and constant speed of the unit. Shafting stability calculation of various types of units and analysis and processing of vibration problems provide reference and reference.
