摘要
The investigation of the XeFe system was extended by studying the effect of the implantation temperature and the annealing temperature on the relative strengths of the h-, i-, and l-components in the Mossbauer spectra. The method of ion implantation (used to introduce insoluble impurities in a matrix) combined with Mossbauer spectroscopy to measure the hyperfine interactions of these impurities has proved to be useful for studying radiation damage and its annealing characteristics on an atomic scale.
