摘要
This study analyzed the retelling of a story and the personal narrative produced by six students of Spanish as L2 at the intermediate level. The study explored the relationship of these tasks and the morphology of the verb, and a descriptive/quantitative approach to research was used. The results showed that these students used the past imperfect as the default marker along the aspectual classes, thus contradicting the Aspect Hypothesis. The results of this study also revealed that the type of oral narrative plays a role in the distribution of the morphology of tense / aspect in these students of Spanish as L2. At the end of the study, some recommendations for future research are presented.
