摘要
During the educative reform in the 90s, discussion on quality was non-existent. A technical version was applied: it was considered only from the point of view of information gathering, oriented to educative policies. May be that is the reason why evaluation was assimilated to measuring school results through performance indicators. Since 2006, with the MAS (Movimiento al Socialismo) government, the concept of quality has been practically ruled out of the educative vocabulary. Therefore, evaluation was no able to improve. However, during the past few years, the introduction of the concept of "living standards as the foundation of social policies has brought new challenges for Bolivian education. With this context, we will discuss quality and evaluation, always trying to open new horizons.
