摘要
An explicit rephasing invariant parametrization of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa (CKM) matrix is presented. Its four parameters \V12\, \V23\, \V13\, and phi13 are directly measurable. The phenomenological approximation of the parametrization is also obtained, which shows more clearly the correlations between the elements of the CKM matrix. The present bounds on the phase angle phi13 are 31-degrees less-than-or-equal-to phi13 less-than-or-equal-to 148-degrees coming from the CP-violating quantity E in the kaon system.
