摘要
The motivation of the tourists when beginning a trip is changing, looking for new destinations that meet their needs and motivations. This change makes the emergence of new types, such as border tourism. The development of border tourism generates socioeconomic development in the destination where it is inserted, being tourist loyalty so essential that the level of satisfaction impact on future visits, positively affecting this destination. In this research the results obtained from an analysis of the experience in the destination service and loyalty to that destination. It has been found that there is significant relationship between service experience in destination and loyalty to the destination.
