RELAXATIONAL DYNAMICS OF HYDROGEN-BONDED FERROELECTRICS

摘要
The paper presents the results of the investigations of the dielectric dispersion in quasi-one-dimensional hydrogen-bonded ferroelectrics CsH2 PO4, CsD2 PO4, RbD2 PO4, PbHPO4 and PbDPO44. On the basis of the model the relaxational dynamics of these compounds is discussed in a cluster approximation. It is shown that the cluster model gives a good quantitative description of the experimental data of the dynamic properties of CsD2 PO4, RbD2 PO4 and PbHPO4 crystals. © 1990, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
