摘要
We present a 4-node hierarchical tetrahedron coupled with a mixed displacement / pressure formulation, designed for fully automatic remeshing. It is tested by comparison with three other element / formulation couples, both in an academic example (tube bulging under internal pressure) and realistic forging situations (cube upsetting). Conclusions are drawn concerning various aspects of the formulation.
