摘要
In this article, three methods are proposed to give the lower confidence bounds for the parameters in one- and two-parameter exponential distributions with multiply Type II censored data. The accuracy of the approximate methods are compared both theoretically and numerically. The problem of significance testing for the threshold parameter is also addressed.
