摘要：
The relationship between the complex dielectric permittivity of a solution of polar molecules and molecular dipole autocorrelation functions of polar components of the solution and equilibrium orientation correlation function is obtained. The rotational diffusion model is used for evaluation of dielectric spectra of mixtures of polar liquids in non-polar solvents.
