摘要
The energy and wave function of the lowest levels of a neutral- donorionized-donor pair are calculated on the basis of the Hamiltonian which includes composition fluctuations and thermodynamic fluctuations of magnetization. With use of the obtained values, the absorption coefficient due to the transitions between these states (optical hopping) is calculated. Its variation with photon energy, external magnetic field, and temperature is discussed. The calculated values are compared with experimental findings available in the literature. © 1990 The American Physical Society.
