摘要
The sliding spark and triggered spark spectra of platinum have been observed in the range 559-2020 angstrom and more than 800 lines have been classified as transitions between 40 levels of 5d8 + 5d(7)6s and 93 levels of 5d(7)6p in doubly-ionized platinum. The analysis was guided by accurate predictions using energy parameter regularities in the isoelectronic sequence Ir II-Bi VIII and by transition probability calculations which included explicitly the configuration mixing in the groups (5d + 6s)8 and 5d(7)6p + 5d(6)6s6p.
